Some video works... ( I'm still alive!)

Well it's been a while since the last post/podcast so I thought I should give you a little update as to what I've been up to in over the last few months.

As well as producing music and getting this podcast put together I also co-host a gaming 'cast and have been busy working on that.

As part of the work I do for the Frugal Gaming website and podcasts (aside from being the resident music monkey) I have made a few parody songs/videos with my co-hosts Graeme (Morose Duck) & Lee (LeeNygma) to help promote the site and generally take the piss out it, the owners and the stereotype of gamers in general.

Also I have actually been making music! I have a few new tracks line up for a podcast VERY soon, one of which I have put together a video for that I'll post below.

"Don't Cry" - This a remix I have made of "Cry Little Sister" by Gerard McMann (G Tom Mac) from The Lost Boys movie. The video is a re-edit of the original music video.

I must add I don't own the rights to either of these and the Copyright remains the property of Warner Bros. and the Warner Music Group.

An advert I put together for the Frugal Gaming Website/Podcast with the new music I made for the main "Scroogecast"

"Still in Debt" - This is a parody song written by Graeme and sung by myself (I never said I was a good singer, it's supposed to be bad!!) The music is an acoustic instrumental of the song "Still Alive" by Jonathan Coulton form the game Portal.

"HDTV" - Again another parody song, based on Guns 'n' Roses "Paradise City" & "Mr Brownstone", this time written by myself and Lee, who also directed the video (I use that term very lightly!) and staring Graeme, Lee and myself. I also sung on this one, unfortunately!

This was made as a competition entry to win a HD TV that Graeme was desperate to win as he was gaming on a crappy old TV. The good news is we did win the TV for him with this abomination!

Well I hope that little lot kept you amused for 10 minutes. I'll be back shortly with some new music and a new podcast.

Until then take it easy.

Gord

PS. If you like gaming and hate being ripped off with high prices then please visit the Frugal Gaming website as the team there work bloody hard every day to find the cheapest prices available for all things gaming.

Tribal Massacre: The Podcast Episode 5

That time of the month again to dish out another 'cast. I've gone with a DJ mix again this time as still busy working on some new music.

Time to dust off your Hi-Vis vest, find your whistle, and don the white gloves because I've laid up a massive Old Skool set for you this time.

Enjoy

Tribal Massacre: The Podcast Episode 4

Sorry for the delay on this episode but I've been real busy in the studio working on new material which you shall be hearing soon.

For the show this month I've got something quite special lined up. An exlusive DJ set I have done showcasing a friend mine Andrew Kelly's Progressive Breakbeat. Andrew is a phenomenal Techno and Progressive producer with releases and remixes on labels such as EMI and Composure and with plays and support from producers Sasha and Hybrid amongst others.

Thanks to Andrew for letting me use your top class material. I haven't done a DJ set in quite some time so it was great fun recording this show. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I did making it.

Until next time.

TM
